Maybe the US pushed Georgia to attack South Ossetia and Abkhazia, knowing quite well that Russia will respond with brute force. Therefore inturn countries like Poland, Cheq Republic and Ukraine will be frightened into signing on the defense systems as has just happened with Poland.

The rationale you do not hear in the US news is that, since US is increasing THEIR SECURITY through setting the anti-missle on Polish soil. Poland asked to increase their security as well, it is not about the MNONEY ONLY...US has refused to base the "patriot" rackets in POland. Please if we gonna help the US increase their security WE (Poland) aslo need to be secured the same way.

The guy is wrong about the situation in Czech parliament. The Government doesn't have majority in parliament to pass the treaty yet, but they will probably convince some opposition PM's (in a way unthinkable in standard democratic country. However the strongest oposition party has already claimed that if the treaty will be passed this way, they will cancel in after next election (which they are very, very likely to win).
