He was caught "spying" on the Jets, before the game - a very common practice up until that particular season, when the rules were slightly changed. Belichick never used any of the spying during the game, nor did any of it ever have anything to do with his winning of that game against the Jets.

And that was a single game. This man has had a winning record for 3 decades. You fail.
