Episode is way too long man. Gamers have a short attention span.

We want a summary of the tourney/structure. Maybe a quick list of top 8.

Maybe a quick list of overall rankings.

I think if you are going to interview 1st and 2nd - then also show their match in the finals. So we can see their skills/moves in action.

Maybe one show per comp. Summarize structure of event. Key players. Notable mentions. Interview top 2 and also match recording of finals.

If there is time... highlight reel.
