Orient Express, one of many great tag teams from back in the day. I loved this theme even when I was a kid. I'd play NES until wrestling came on, and cheer for these guys as long as they weren't facing The Rockers or Legion of Doom.

So I will fill in the blanks here. Pat Tanaka and Paul Diamond were the Diamond Exchange in the AWA, managed by DDP. Well, Diamond and Tanaka split, and Tanaka signed with the WWF to team with Sato. Sato and Tanaka were very good, but once Sato realized they were not being pushed past mid-card tag status, he quit. So, Vince decided to hire Diamond and put a mask on him. Thus, Kato was born, and Tanaka moved on with a familiar partner. They should have won the belts at least one time.

Check out the 1991 and 1992 Royal Rumbles, the Orient Express had awesome opening matches with the Rockers and The New Foundation ("The Rocket" Owen Hart and Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart) at those respective events.

Actually Pat Tanaka is still in great shape. Good friends with Marty Jannetty, who he always had good matches with.

Paul Diamond (Kato) may very well be in good shape as well.

Akio Sato would be in his early '60s by now I'd guess.
