Hmm, are you sure? I think Icy Wind will be better because it's able to hit two oppoments in 2 on 2 battles and reduce your oppoment's speed. With the ability technician the power of icy wind is about 80; that can do decent damage.

Sometimes, the most creativity can come from using conventional pokemon in an unconventional way. Lower tier pokemon don't always guarantee creativity, as a lot of them can only pull off certain sets.

...thats rather weird. I rather use some Pokemon thats rather common, but giving it moves rarely use by it. A special Metagross and a Physical Manaphy is something I like to use...

But I just use what I like. I do stay away from Pokemons that has weak attacks however.
