It's close to impossible to hear similiarities in the two songs, but I guess it's easier if you actively search for things to pick on... You cannot claim Brian is plagiarising a song just because there might, I repeat, might, be similiarities to be found. With all the songs in history, some songs are bound to sound a bit alike...but hey, everybody's entitled to their own opinion...
