You will see a number with 'p' after it. The (number)p is like the sound and video quality changer- the higher p, the better quality, but longer delays for the video. The lowest 'p' is 240p, and 240p is the only option for this video; not HQ or anything.

@Syn4You 240 only detirmines the video quality. With a good video editing program anyone can upload a video in 240p just to keep the size and upload time short, while still keeping a 128/256/etc.mbps audio track in the background.

@coolwhiprofl yes, on most videos that is the case. But what I'm saying is SOME users upload their video in 240 while still setting the audio to a higher quality b/c it takes FOREVER to upload a 720 vid.

By default 240 reduces the quality of everything, but that is only if the original upload is in a higher quality, then youtube downgrades the whole video. And then again, some people compress the vid in 240 to begin with and don't bother with the audio thing...
