  • Ayanle Daad's Speech @ Somali Youth Summit 2008

  • well done, keep it up bro

Somalia is ONE, there is no SNMLAND !!!!

  • The last part of the speech was really much powerful than anything I have heard from the mouths of our so-called leaders who are nothing but bunch of vultures who are preying on our people back home!!

  • honestly where do you get your facts from,

painting same picture in Mogadish , Hargaisa and Bosaso.

    come on.

if you speak in public do some research..

Hargaisa and Bosaso and the rest there never had it so good.

    stupid. people.

  • back home we have youth that speak only Arabic.

    in america only english.

in europe it is French, English, Dutch, Swidish

  • and many more.

  • This is absolutely a brilliant speech bro, I was impressed by the content of ur so influential words that u strings togehter which conveys a profound message for those of us who give thoughts.

  • GOOD FOR HIM ' but it is shame on you people to mention somaliland as part of somalia in every occation , what the hell are you people , somaliland is a selfrelaint country and they have every Neded in government , . people of somaliland united and build a goverment . i am not somalilander , but i been in somaliland i swear the peace in somaliland has never been in somalia even in 70's and 60s , we should emulate to our brothers and unite to istablish a government ,

  • According to the international law somaliland is part of the Somali republic and is yet to achieve recognition. No country in the world recognizes somaliland as separate state thats why the brother mentioned as part of Somalia in his speech. It will only be singled out when it achieves its dreams as a separate country, until such time its Somalia as a whole.

  • How can you say the peace in "somaliland had never been seen in somalia even in 70s and 60s. I think you have skipped alot of history in your comment, if you haven't forgotten there was no somaliland in the 60s.

  • Goood Job Ayaanle, that was impressive. A job well done.

Yeelkeed give credit where its due. Language is just a tool for communication and he used english to his advantage-Not that he looked down on somali but He could effectively communicate in English.

    Again Good Job Brother Ayaanle

  • Well done bro. The Somali population here in England or in Northern America needs this kind of youth instead of the non self respecting, khat chewers we have in every street. The problem with the Somali government is that most of them are above the age of 50. There is nothing wrong with age but as ayaanle was saying the older generations are filled with tribalism. what somalia needs are fresh new minds to lead the country and educated youth from the diaspora to build the country.thx

  • mmmmmmmmm. good Speech Ayaanle Daad that is what am talking about. i like that. keep it up and good job.

  • Great speech Ayaanle. Yeelkeed it makes sense that he speaks english rather than somali because more people will recieve his message. Besides he speaks good english than you. Thanks for the great speech brother.

  • Speak somali brother. If you going to engage in Somali affairs rather you respect the languge you were born into shame of your parents for neglecting your language. Ku hadla luqadiina waa bilad sharaf ah, walaahi somalidu waa umad luqadooda ka carartay. Speaaaaak your language plz.

  • Mashallah, good job all of you guys. This was a wonderful event I was there the all three days, and we need more events like this to help the youth. Thanks Abdisalan, May Allah help you and all of us, Amiin.
