  • Well done. An excellent cover of a strangley haunting stones song. Not many rock bands use a bowed double bass AND a school recorder in the same track!!

  • VERY NICE you sound just like the lead singer of the rolling stones & you play it so nicely on the piano. I do my own version on keyboard & I sing it but I do it a bit like Melanie. I sing it in key F. Cheers from Rich

  • That was awesome! Where did you get the sheet music

  • @appleinthesky1

No sheet music. Just got the basic chord progression from online, memorized it and played-by-ear along with the original recording.

  • good job dude

  • Oh my God.. I was so skeptical when this video came on my recommend list, as i love the original so much, but i must say that this was brilliant.. absolutely amazing, you've captured it so well with the bass, recorder etc and your singing ain't half bad either..

    Big Thumbs Up..!! :)

  • @dan1981football

    Thanks. :-)

  • That is GREAT..have you got the sheetmusic?

  • oh my gosh this is so great!

  • Here's a strange question...

Could you post or send me a mp3 or wav of just the harmony without the main vocal? I am trying to learn it, but I am terrible at distinguishing the different parts.

  • tres bon !

  • Desde Argentina, muchas gracias por tan linda version de tan bello tema. Un abrazo grande!

  • nice job Matt and yea it did start in Bbm in the original-I use a capo on the first fret live

  • very well done. The beginning of the song is perfect.

  • That is GREAT! A beautiful song and you captured it on piano. I notice you changed key to get away from the original flatted key. I will study it closely. I love this song and your version sounds perfect.

  • Not sure about the key change; I learned it, in part, by playing along with the original recording.

Thanks though; glad you liked it. I had fun recording it and multi-tracking the various vocals and intruments

  • The original sheet music was in Db - but that

does not mean they played it that way. You made a good choice of songs - keep it up!

  • the name oOoOon you XD..good! ;)

  • Thats good, what program you use on our PC?

  • u should do a lesson for this song
