  • After watching your video it took me a little longer. About 1/2 hour because I had to remove the door knobs to do it , because it was pushed too far in. After 2 years of the key being broken in the door knob, and asking my husband to do something about it. I finally got it done thanks to you.

  • These are easy examples. What about when the key's already pushed in too far, past the tumbler. THEN what do you do?
