After watching your video it took me a little longer. About 1/2 hour because I had to remove the door knobs to do it , because it was pushed too far in. After 2 years of the key being broken in the door knob, and asking my husband to do something about it. I finally got it done thanks to you.
I thought I could figure it out myself Simple right? After 10 minute I gave up and came to Youtube convinced it was hopeless. After watching your video I took me 10 seconds and the broken key was out. THANKS!

These are easy examples. What about when the key's already pushed in too far, past the tumbler. THEN what do you do?
