@YTschim Not really, that was a joke. ;) Video is 2.4GHz 500mW Lawmate, stock antenna on the plane and a 14dbi patch on the ground. R/C is Dragonlink UHF.

How far away from yourself can your Planes go?

@ATCRyderX This particular one I've gone 3 miles, but was limited by the battery capacity. My flying wing, the Maxi Swift, I've gone 5 miles. Others have gone farther, it's not uncommon to see 10-12 mile records using the right gear. ;)
