  • I am not trying to criticize you or your riding but i have been looking through you videos and if you have been riding for a few months should you really have your own horse. sorry if i am wrong i dont mean it in a bad way but....

  • @ILiveForCupcakes Of course? This was over a year ago now.

  • There is no reason to be jumping the height. An actual green horse should not be jumping at anything really over the height of 2'6". It's in a horse's best safety. Do you want to compromise your horse's safety?

Part of being a horse owner is putting your horse's care before your own.

Now please, I'm only trying to give pointers. I know you do not like them, but everyone is telling you the same thing. Why not listen? To EVERYONE.

  • @arowdella He doesnt jump bigger than 2ft6 but if you read the description you would see it says old videos mate.

  • Hello. So I have also been looking through a few of your videos. You're horse is truely adorable. I have a soft spot in my heart for drafts. But now, I'm not trying to criticize, but I do not think you understand what other people are trying to say. They want to help you, not put you down. No one is a great rider. But I have to agree with Klymenestra on this. You are going way too fast for your level. Think about your horse. You say Storm is green, yes?

  • Hey :)

I've been looking at some of your videos, and I must say that your horse looks absolutely beautiful. Some of the people commenting are being quite rude, but I must say that I agree with their general point. You really do need some lessons from and experienced horseperson. Your seat is unstable, your muscles do not seem to be well-developed, and your jumping and two-point need work.

That said, you guys look like you would be a great team once both of you get some proper schooling.

  • @Klymenestra thanks for not being rude but if you actcually took your time to read my desciprtions i havent been riding long. you canbt expect me to be amazing. and i can only just afford to keep storm, let alone anything else.

  • @sarahbabeloveshorses

No one's expecting you to be amazing, but we do expect that your level of riding matches what you are trying to do. Some of the fences you are trying to jump are quite high and would be difficult even for an experienced horseperson.

If you can't afford proper lessons, then perhaps try to go a bit slower with your progression? And certainly do things to develop your muscles more. Stirrupless trotting or bareback flatwork is excellent for that. ;)

  • @Klymenestra No they arn't to big for her.

If you wasnt so bloody lazy and read the description you would see these videos are old. Shes improved since then, people learn at there own pace and by doing.

You arn't there and you certainly can't judge.

And she does ride bareback because shes at my livery stables, and if you have ever even rode storm, you would no you dont have time for think about getting the perfect posiiton.

If you havent realised she rides for fun, like alot of people..

  • @Klymenestra So why don't you butt out and improve your own riding rather than bothering other people that arn't bothered what you think.

  • love this vid (: your doing great with storm! hes got lots of scope on him and i know you will do great in the future!! :) xxx

  • @ponyluvr25 thankyou, means alott(LLL)..xxxxxxxxx

  • this is good mate;]xx
