Crona is ambiguous (having traits of both genders) although in the Manga hes more feminin, and the anime calls him a he (Presumably just to decide on a gender, and not switching them when refrencing to 'him' although in one part in episode 20 or 21 his mother referes to crona as an 'it')

In the manga and anime Madusa said she wanted a girl but didn;t get one. And She called Crona "her son" When stein and spirt asked who he was. And in the original manga/Anime in japan He was always referd to a he. Plus he said hes not ''Good with girls" and He didnt know if he could hit maka when they first met then he said maybe he could touch her hair before he kills her. Its just obvious hes a boy. This song is so beautiful for Crona. It really sums up their story, and their position in the world. Crona truly wants to be good, even if it's difficult for them, especially because of the way Medusa treated them growing up. And everyone in the world is against each other, fighting constantly around them. Since Crona's both a Shibusen studen and a Witch, it sort of has them viewing from the sidelines. Crona wants to fix things, but doesn't know how to interact with them.

@Amirose99 Once again, crona's gender has yet to be determined by the creator, crona has been referred to as both he and she. But crona's official gender has not been stated. Thats the whole point behind crona, if crona had a gender, which officially crona doesnt, it woudl take the fun out of things. Ragnarok's half reveals would be pointless, and there would be a lot les sexual jokes. Like in the manga Black*Star says men have a great weapon down there, and asks if crona has that weapon.
