@brownauction You should hold it for 7 to 10 seconds and turn run on while holding the start switch and release after you have turned on the other switch.
If the Bb note is weak on both manuals, that's not a contact problem. That would have to be a tonewheel problem, or a wiring issue. try that note while pushing and pulling each individual drawbar and see if any of them don't work.
Do you hold the start switch until it hits a certain sound or do you start it according to a certain number of seconds?
