Hi, I have 16 midi tracks recorded on my fantom g sequencer and I would like to know how I can record more thatn 16 midi tracks, I need to add additional sounds and rythm I am using version 1.5. Thanks
@BLAZINBEATS123 Hello, make sure that you saved it as a studio set. I've added how to create Studio Sets to my list of videos to make, so you should see it really soon. -Ed.
thank you for you comment response! Could you make a video for the mic input as far as setting parameters and all the neat effects the fantom has to offer for voice and instruments? Do you suggest for vocals to use a dat in my case protools over the fantom?
Thank you so much for your videos! I just picked up a fantom two days ago and the user manuel and on the roland site the lessons are very long. This is very helpful. I'll continue to watch all your vids as long as you keep making them
@babar141 Its a matter of opinion as to if it is better. The Fantom G does have 128 midi tracks and 24 tracks of audio, plus you can change pitch without change time and vice versa. Also, once you have your song completed you can resample all the midi and audio tracks down to a stereo wav file so you can burn it disc with your computer or convert it to whatever media you need. Is it better? Thats up to you, but I like it. Thanks for your quesiton. -Ed.
Awesome tutorial, Ed! What a confidence boost! Thanks!

Thanx 4 this, I think u make the best FG8 videos, (dummy proof). Could u please make the following videos:
How to play on top of a looped sample that u chopped on the FG8...
How to make a snare roll without tapping it out on the keys (as heard on most rap songs 2day).
I know I'm asking alot, but I do truly appreciate ur work. Thanx in advance...
