@MateDeVita They just made it so she cant self sustain mana, only a minor set back. In fact, they didn't touch the values of her sustain abilities and dropped the mana cost of her 3 main skills, so it's nearly a buff if they hadn't made it so infuse can no longer be cast on one's self. Infinite sustain=/=skill, and I'm not saying this as a Soraka player, in fact it's quite the opposite, I've only played AGAINST her. Besides you can always use Clarity to restore your lanes mana.
