I love how the audience asked about managing emotions. I was in the equipment finance industry from the age of 17-20, working with CEO's and banks. The biggest challenge I had was dealing with the emotional aspects of business transactions. Businesses are peoples lively hoods, It's important to have empathy but also good judgement. Feelings CAN get in the way of good judgement. In my position I would often have to "pull a thorn from a lions foot" to get deals done but they would thank me after.
