What if you have one cdj player and one mixer. can you still scratch with the crossfader?? like would it mute the sound if you move it to another spot without a deck?? PLEASE HELP

Of course...you have to practice no matter what but he gives great tips. You're not going to just watch a video and know what you're doing. I don't think anyone understands how much goes into DJing unless you DJ yourself...

do you need a direct drive or a belt drive turntable?

direct drive is probably better. You can definitely use a belt drive but because it has less torque than direct drive, it wont sound as good.

Hey , Johnathan , got a question about this sort of turntables , There are vertical lines instead of dots on the side of the platter , how can you see if the speed on the 0 pitch is correct ? I don't get the sense of having a strobe on this kind of turntables ?
