Something that MAY speed it up, not worked out for certain which is quicker yet. At 0:20 instead of running down the stairs you can shoot out the glass and just drop down, you take no damage.

If you get to Cassandra quick enough on the XBLA version, you can go down the elevator on your left without having to wait.. Thats how i got 45 Seconds and the Top spot :)

lol i have a strategy for this if you like accuracy. jump off that ledge but pistol whip the first guy in the back, the 2nd guy in the room always no matter what if you hit him once. drops his gun. then disarm those ppl outide the door to the floor with casandra. Then sneak up on the guy at the button to unlock the door and pistol whip him from behind, then unlock the door and pistol whip cassandra. 0 shots taken 100%accuracy :)
