I got this game and it's ok so far. The voice acting is pretty bad. The Longest Journey is better (granted, it's a lot older so worse graphics, But if you can look past that. good game.) Still Life is not bad so far, also I love this music.

@8feblover The problem is that it actually wasn't made by Microids. I'm suffering through the game right now, and it's nothing like original. It's not absolutely horrible sort of adventures like Mystery of Druids or Midnight Nowhere, it's slightly below average I would say. And it could've been much more, only if the Microids were actually involved in development. Well, we still have the original.

Im obsessed with this game, seems i can play through it and then go back a few months later and just go through it again. amazing story, brilliantly put together, my fave game, my only small gripe was that i always felt victoria runs too damn slow!!!! feels like its just trying to pull it out a bit longer by having her pidgeon step everywhere! but thats probably because i've played too much resident evil and its hardly a reason not to give this game a 10 out of 10!

1: Vista is not the problem!

2: You don't want to play it, why?,

the game Sucks!! Baddest gameplay ever seen, you just click "Search Internet" and you will search on the internet for some things, onloy 5 minutes waiting for nothing, Then have a Fake call, with fake mouth thingys, and next chapter. Even my 6 years old sis could play it, and the graphics even at highest? Even DOOM2 is better. don't buy it man. but i could help you tho

Looks very cut scene heavy. If a game can't make an experience interactive, then its developer needs to re-evaluate whether that experience belongs in the gaming medium at all. Games should always be about you doing things, not watching them being done.

It's the copy protection program that is incompatible with Vista, do a search on google for something like "still life vista patch" hope you get to play it, it is a great game.

god i loved this game, it held my intrest (tough to do) and made me think. The way the deaths were interpreted and the way he put them in the paintings made him very eccentric, and hate able for those of you who've played through it; you know. This game will entice you, and keep you up at night untill its finished, trust me; pick a weekend to play it or you'll go to school with shades on and your books covered in drool, not saying anything for the working people. you'll need a new keyboard.

There's really only one game, that can be compared with this one & it's Dreamfall: The Longest Journey. wonderful script, great graphics. Can't wait for next part of it. This is is the sequel to another earlier game on the PC called, Post Mortem. I love the game! I would love to get the soundtrack. I honestly think this game along with Dreamfall: The Longest Journey, which is also a sequel to another PC game called, Longest Journey. If you love this game try playing Dreamfall, Broken Sword, and Beyond Good and Evil. Beautiful landscapes and storylines that makes you want MORE!! I couldn't help but feel extremely sorry for her grandfather.

I liked the game ... but the puzzles were to easy ( the objects were easy to find and use ) apart from the few hard puzzles - and useless too - the cookies puzzle- oh my god!!! .... few locations , but it had a good story , i love these kind of movie/games ... anyway Syberia is 50 times better and appeared before Still Life
