As retails ourselves we have been affected we received our first list of products banned under this directive the other day and would welcome more clarity on this but sadly as you mentioned that clarity does not exist. And we agree too more retailers should get together and talk about how this can be beaten or at least worked around.
THMPD is not meant to be understood. It is a Codex Alimentarius inspired scam to eradicate the present practice of traditional medicine and replace it with an emasculated PHD version until that in turn can be coaxed into selling itself out to the point of oblivion. This is the route proposed by the EHTPA by its policy in seeking refuge in the shadow of a culture dedicated to its extinction, through regulation by the HPC. SR is part of THMPD, not its answer. THMPD must go now, not later!
