We realize that no one is perfect but we, as licensed tax people, require ALL EA's to have CE hours that is supervised and mentored. We always let each other know when clients and the general public have a problem. We will make every effort to FIX that perceived or actual problem. We would have done the same for this woman if she had notified a state chapter or the National NAEA office.

This is the most uninformed video I have ever watched. It seems that Turbo tax is using a series of videos like this to slam Enrolled Agents. You can see it's a rehearsed video because of the same background used by several people. EA's are the most experienced professionals in the tax field.

I totally agree. This video is very misleading. I have talked to several Enrolled Agents before, and they are among some of the BEST tax professionals in the country!
