i agree this is mostly like bullshit, but why can't we presumably assume that human like species evolved elsewhere. We have already found a planet in the "goldilock zone". I think these fake alien videos would seem more convincing if the aliens didn't looks so ugly and/or deformed. I don't think it's just a matter of human perception either. Why would an alien from millions of light years away, with presumably different planetary conditions (atmosphere, gravity, climate, etc) be almost identical to the human species (bipedal, within 4 - 7ft, same sensory locations, etc), when even in our own backyard the only thing resembling humans are apes?

Now - work out how large the "alien" eyeball and eye socket actually is.

Aerospace contractors for the military would be among the right guys to actually leak something like this. The government's revised denial (1990s) of the Roswell Incident is a laughable lie. If what you say about your source is true, I'd put some cautious credence in the photos.
BTW, there are good reasons to believe that the military has recovered alien bodies from a number of incidents. There is also evidence that the military occasionally shoots down alien craft and retrieves all evidence.

@SASNIGHTCRAWLER Provide me a link to support your statements. I've yet to see any medical journal suggest not wearing gloves (and other protective clothing) when examining a body, regardless of its condition. Even during medical school my wife had to wear gloves when examining a cadaver.
The "alien" doesn't have to be sick to carry bacteria that could be deadly to humans, and it is all but impossible that an "alien" would be void of bacteria. No professional would take that risk.
