I followed Alvaro at the US Open qualifying a good few years ago as i knew his caddy for this event, in still conditions he carries driver around 300 yards, 9 iron 165y, 7 iron 195y and his 2 iron 245y, the guy is very long and flights it well (flat) he hit Driver 2 iron to a 580y par 5 into a slight headwind on the day i was there when NOBODY else reached, Darren Clarke said he ripped Driver 3 Wood 50 yards short and was 2 groups behind Alvaro, lot of talent this lad

k he clearly did not carry a golf ball 380. we understand that the hole was 430, and that he had 50 yards into the green, but that does not mean he hit it 380. it was probably a bit of a dog leg which cuts yardage off, it was probably down hill, and it was probably down wind. i think u should just think about what you just wrote and come to the conclusion that it was incredibly stupid. yes quiros is the longest on any tour, but there is no fucking way he can carry it 380.

Mattyco during the pga championship he carried a ball 380 and the total drive was 392 then he had a 9 iron iinto a 600 yard par 5 with no down hills or doglegs. you obviously have no idea how far guys can hit the ball, have you ever watched long dirive comps?

your an absolute fucking idiot. he cannot carry a golf ball 380. some holes just play short, some are fake yardage. and obviously he doesnt hit as far as the guys in the long drive comps. those guys are built like weight lifters, and have more powerful swings than quiros. THOSE GUYS carry it 380, quiros unfortunately comes nowhere close to that. and even if he did do it once, that doesnt mean he hits it 380. thats the equivalent of somehow smoking a nine iron on the range that rolls...

The average touring professional hits a 9 iron around 130-145, the loft of the 9 iron itself is not strong enough to make it fly so far. I have heard of some sets made by Cobra that are 4-5 degrees strong, so it could have been one of those iron sets where the 9 iron was everyone else's 7 iron.

Wow man, thats a really amazing blade, I've seen Tourstage's stuff. The fact of the matter is that I play with a friend in 10th grade, he is under 5 feet 4 inches, and hits a 4 iron around 170 ish. He hits a 6-7 iron to a green that I hit an 8 iron (145 yards). He shoots on average 3 over par, I shoot, on average, 12 over par.

the black as you know is public 50 $ / round for resident s 100 non , a quality golf club mmbership here is really expensive 10-20,000 initiation fee ,, the lower clubs is around 5-7500 i may move to myrtle or tampa

wow, here in Louisiana, a crappy club membership initiation is around $600, but a better one is still only around $1500-$2000 initiation. Hope you can get a membership somewhere, its really unfair to have to pay $20000 just for golf.
