Pleased to see them at a small venue in sacramento. Crack band. Right on that edge of abstract. Quine and Naux quite economical and terse. Very intelligent non cliche music unlike much punk around that time. In fact I wouldn't put them in the punk catagory. Too unique.
Hi ! i'm an italian man. I had been to this concert many years ago. I remeber maybe november 1997 to the music machine camden town london. Wonderful night ! I can't forget. I hope that you have some video of this concert. Thank you. ( sorry for my english)
The next week i shall to see the old drummer of voidoids: Marc Bell, now Marky Ramone in Cosenza to 4 july !
Always wished Richard had Iggy's work ethic. He seemed to have lost interest in becoming a rock star pretty quickly though. Lousy business.......it can really kill you.
Love this version of this song. "You Gotta Lose" from this record is also excellent. Unfortunatly recorded on a cheap cassette recorder.....but wasn't everything in those days. Used to listen to this song every day in the 80's after reading about whatever idiocy Ronald Reagan was trying to peddle that day. Always made me smile. Timeless tune.
great, great band
