first, excellent song choice to contrast with House's high pace speech. Great scene at 1:07, say goodbye + the facial expressions. And when the tempo picks up at 1:29 you quickened the transitions and intensity of the scenes. The convulsions at 3:30 with the heartbeat/violin strums was just money. Well done =)
