According to science this is not normal. With a perfect protein intake and perfectly mached training
a person with very good genes can add approx. 2,5 kg per year. But thats before 25years of age.
AND this in pure body building NOT mixed mma training and tons of cardio.
Of cource there are extreeme exceptions. But testing clean during figths means nothing.
And listen to an interview made 5-6 years ago and compare voice

Neighter did Ken Shamrock before he got caugth. And he has confessed to have used regulary ever since the beginning of Pride days. And he competed in UFC with much harder testing than where Overeem has been fighting.
Well we do not agree, But I think that it's pretty cleas that Overeem is juicing. Go in to a gym, show the picture and ask 20 random bobybuilders if that is possible without steroids.
In the soon future he will start loosing weight. That will be another "proof"

Cant believe Todd Duffee is fighting Alistair Overeem on new years eve. Todd is gonna get smashed to pieces. He might be a good physical specimen loaded with potential and i give him credit for taking the fight but no way is he ready for Overeem. He doesnt have a size advantage, grappling advantage and definetly not a striking advantage.

@paltcoma i dont think there is such a thing as a glass jaw, its all about getting hit in the right spot at the right time.
like Duffee, got hit in the sweet spot and it shut down his CNS, your legs give it and you're stunned for a while.
plus look at some of the guys that have beaten Alistair, all of his losses are at LHW- prime shogun, chuck etc. hard hitters.

I didnt just refer to the maches that Allister lost. I think it looks like he has easy to get dizzy in most of his fights, even the ones he won where he hardly got hit.
And yes there is a big difference in how much beating people can take to the head. And you can never traing to be tougher at this. Eighter you are born to be able to take alot of beating to the head or not.
I've read alot about this because I train MT and have glass jaw myself.

Bullshit, Duffee never said anything about being unimpressed with Dos Santos or anything negative about either one. He said basically Nelson came in with a bad gameplan and a beat himself mentally which made Dos Santos' victory look more dominating than it should since Roy is a better fighter than he performed.

Duffee was absolutely correct about Roy's "demeanor" being off when he came in the ring. I have that fight and I believe twice in the first round there are two rights Roy threw that just barely missed and I can almost guarantee had either of them landed it would have been game over.
