something like thi happened to me. now you dont have to believe this but its true. i loved naruto and i was playing a game on the DS lite... a naruto game and my DS said it restarted on me when i was about to get a save and i was like @#$%! so i turned it back on and went to quick battle and HOLY SHIT THE SCREEN WAS BLUE. so i reseted it and WTF. it said youre DS has error code 3389 or something and i reseted my DS agian. so then i play quick battle and one more thing happened.my shit was in 3D

My DS lite lasted 5 years, In those 5 years, I went through 2 PSPs', 4 Xbox's, 3 PS2s' and at the moment 2 PS3s', my Wii has never broken since i got it in 2006 [2 days before anyone else in the UK because i have connections with someone who works for Nintendo ;)], my Gamecube even my NES!

So screw you trolls Nintendo's consoles last more than Microsofts' and Sonys' creations, thank god for warranty.

It seems that a lot of the DSlites have this problem. Every one I know who owns one ended up with the same thing. Mine hardly left it's case, so it's still ok, but I imagine of I had used it more before upgrading, it would be in the same condition.

My ds lite had a crack on the hinge and it's getting worse and another crack is probably going to start and get worse and now the r button isn't working and the top screen is red but you could still see the words and it still turns on.

M DS Lite's circuits in the top screen are all messed up, it always flashes completely white and sometimes the only way to fix it is to shut it off! The screen is still firmly on the hinges. the reason I know that a circuit is loose is because I took it to Gamestop and the dude told me that it is probably worth more in the condition that it's in than to get it fixed.

After Using a DS i got for two weeks, a couple days after my perchise, I nodaced there was a crack on the battery indecator. I got worryed when I saw that and about two months later well, that happens. Then finally in nov of 2011 I got a new DS lite (SE Zelda edition) for just $80.00 at gamestop.
