독도는 원래부터 일본영토가 아니기때문에 일본정부가 져도 손해볼게 없습니다.

하지만, 오래전부터 독도가 한국영토라는걸 한국문서와 지도 그리고 일본 문서와 지도에서도 확인할수 있습니다.

그리고 1900년에 고종황제가 독도를 대한제국영토라고 칙령을 발표했는데, 일본은 1905년에 불법으로 시네마현에 편입했습니다.

독도가 그렇게 어이없게 일본한테 빼겨서 다시 찾았는데 일본이 재판소에 가자고 하면 한국이 응하지 않습니다. 왜냐하면 일제시대랑 똑같이 반복되는것이기 때문이져.

지도에 나와있는 우산국... 그것은 독도입니다.

그리고 역사에 보면 "을릉도에서 맑은날이면 독도가 보인다"라고 나와있습니다.

그건 독도밖에 없습니다. 물론 을릉도 옆에 조금만 섬이 있지만, 그건 날이 안좋아도 보입니다.

무력과 강제적으로 일본땅으로 만든건 다 포기한다고 되어있는데, 거기에 독도도 포함이 됩니다.

결론적으로 한국땅이기 때문에 국제재판소까지 갈 필요가 없습니다.
