It's not just a repaint. The original Deluxe Mudflap has his feet molded/packaged wrong. Tuner version fixes that.

Which G1 are you talking about? all the seeker jets were the same mold, Prowl, Smokescreen, Silverstreaker: one mold... Bumblebee/ cliffjumper/ hubcap; sideswipe sunstreaker... Even Ultra Magnus was just optimus prime with a different trailer and some extra parts.

but I do agree we don't need 10 different re-paints of the same CHARACTER... but I don't mind re-paints, especially if they have different head sculpts and can be transformed to look a little different.
