Great movie, and really beautiful. I recommend it to everyone who haven't seen it, everyone who can think a little while they watch a movie anyway. The story is sad in one way, and happy in another. The imagery is stunning, and the characters is just awesome. Lean back, pretend that you smoke a joint and dive in to an spectacular adventure!

OH WOW I love this movie so much. I remember renting it from the library as a child and loved it because OH MY GOD KITTIES HOW CUTE, but I've come to appreciate it for so much more now that I'm a lot more mature and no longer six years old.

It's just..such a beautiful movie. I wish it was a lot more successful, because it most definitely deserves to be.

@skyjadeshe Studio ghibli used to be my favourite animes... Until I saw this. Miyazaki is amazing, but in a different way to this. The symbolisation in Miyazaki is clear and fairly easy to see. The symbolisation in this is so thick I can't concentrate and have to accept that there are some things we will never know.

Yeah its a sad anime. Didn't get it at first, and thought this was fun and light b'coz of the talking kitties but it's truly sad similar to Bridge to Terabithia.
