Wow, its actually pretty funny that I saw this video because I am an ectomorph--6'1.5" 165LBS-- (as I suspect you are seeing as you said you were skinny) and a couple of weeks ago, I started taking DHEA (100 mg). Just yesterday I got a bottle of Bulgarian Tribulus and so I hope I can make similar gains.
@SunriseInTheMidwest Nice, so we both started in the same boat. Hard as hell for peeps like us to gain weight. Hopefully the tribulus and DHEA starts giving you better pumps, get you more hungry and motivated. Just watch out for pimples as i had some pretty big ones in the first week. Later you may want to get some protein shakes too. Try to each as much as you can. Also, I use to drink like 16oz of water per work out. Now i drink between 32oz to 40oz as i just get more thirsty. good luck!!!!
Can you tell me what kind of diet you was on when you started lifting and your workout program. Like how many days a week and how much time a day. Things like that. If you could that would be great. Thanks.
@darinbaisden well to start i take protein shakes, DHEA, and tribulus. My diet consist of not so healthy foods. I eat big macs, pizza, cookies, cake, etc. however, i am eating walnuts, peanuts, almonds here and there. in fact i keep some in my car now. Since i started take the supps, i do eat more since i am lifting hard. It just gets me more hungry. I lift about 5 times per week. One or two body parts every time i hit the gym depending on how i feel. I also run twice a week a few miles now.
