I can't believe how many priceless pieces of art are in basements of corrupt aritsocrats around the world.

It is disappointing.

I know of one very nice piece just sitting in a basement of a greedy old fool which should be enjoyed by the world. They do not care that they are stolen and want them only for themselves. These should be viewed by many. Also they will never be able to sell it without a huge risk of being caught, so they will likely end up destroyed or stored forever
