Not likely. Doubt anyone would go through the effort to place a wild deer on ice and then pay or fly a helicopter to blow it off. The commentator mentioned other people watching so this was likely an ongoing effort to get the deer to safety and the helicopter (or whatever it was) was able to do it in a unexpected manner. Better a living, somewhat shaken deer than a furry popsicle.
