  • Gosh, I never liked ladders, Ours is 55FT and Im afraid of that. These guys got balls.

  • 3 things we are missing;

    -pull it !

    -It's red paint from the early 70's with nanoparticles in it

    -because of the excpetional construction the building still standing..

  • Highrise compartment fires, never good, nor easy to fight

  • weres that wolf and fayette st pjs?

  • In Poland, the top floor is floor 1. I kid you not.

  • haha. it goes (from top) least to greatest?

    lol

  • From a firefighting standpoint, that makes sense as it's sometimes easier to count down from the top. Topography, parking decks, etc...can cause first arriving units to miscount the number of floors from the ground up. Fire companies can then end up going to the wrong floor on the interior.

  • now please tell me if i am off base with this, but it looks maybe like it was something on that outer porch that had extended into the apartment? but not being at that fire and having no experience with the BCFD I really have no clue. it just looks like too much fire too low on that balcony...

  • @athelstanefire Maybe it's the paint?

  • poor building :(

  • @toast123321 WHY?? Because it was on fire or that it was built in Baltimore.

  • Last time I checked when you are 7 floors off the ground, they call it the 7th floor ! hehe It looked good from the medic !

  • I'm not saying you are wrong, but in some areas ground floor is counted as floor number 0. Perhaps not in Baltimore though.
