I'm moving to Cambodia and I am wondering how fried spiders, hornets or grasshoppers covered with chocolate taste like. Can't be worse than the raw squid & octopus I'm eating at a sushi bar :D

Eating insects isn't that appealing but it is actually a huge food source, easy to feed and doesn't pollute as much as huge farms do. While meat & fish are usually 30% protein, insects are 70% protein plus low in fat. We can all feel disgusted but poorer countries are thriving on alternative food sources.
