@Egwenna click on the "Start" button and go to the "My Computer" icon on the right side of the "Start" menu, RIGHT click on it, then click on the "Properties" and a screen will come up called "System Properties"

OR

you can go to My Computer and on the right side there should be a column on the left side with tabs like "My Documents" "My Network Places" and other crap. look for "View System Information" it will be on the left side in that column and click on it. now click on the "General" tab.
