@MissBluWinter hey, I trained this with capturing, my dog sometimes sticks her tongue out and I simply put it on cue :) I have a video on capturing behaviours so if you spot your dog doing something funny or interesting and they offer it once in a while you can turn it into a trick :)

ALSO...when you slow it down,frame by frame,you can see in one frame,no tongue,the very next,the whole tongue. When someone(or something) sticks out their tongue it doesn't just pop out all at once,it gradually comes out,no matter how fast,it gradually slides out. NOT pop out all at once. Frame by frame is important. It shows the editing clear as day,just try it,you'll be able to tell right away.

Typically,when dogs salivate,the only shine on their tongues,will display on the outer edges of the tongue,not the whole tongue. If it were real,you wouldn't feel the need to read EVERY SINGLE reply on here,to defend your fake video. Why would you care if some people think it's fake?

@lonegungrrly thank you :) if you look at my video "how to train yawn, smile and 100 different tricks" that is the same method I used to train this, she would offer her tongue poked out quite often so I would praise her and say "where's your tongue" then after a while she would do it a few times in a row once she knew that I was praising her for it so then I got the treats and worked on putting it on cue, it didn't take long at all but I think if your dog doesn't offer this it would be harder :(

@RealTalkTakeNote this is NOT FAKE and you have no grounds for saying so. it is obvious if you watch the video that she is doing this for the treats I have there, you can even see in one part how she offers a couple of lip licks first and then the tongue out.

@zsianz1 Um,that's fake,clear as day.If you pause it,and slow it down,frame by frame,you can see the editing. It's so easily spotted! And a dogs tongue is NOT shiny like that! Dog's tongues have a special coating,somewhat rough and coarse,not like a cats,but still matte (not shiny).Even when a dog is drooling (I have a saint bernard),there tongues are NEVER that shiny. FAKE..not even close,not great editing in the least! So,she's taking treats,congrats.that's not her tongue,it's not even a dogs
