wow this actually pretty awesome :D i was listening to it and playing along at the sametime.I could be off but it sounds good when i play along using the chord D#maj, Bmaj, Cmin and G#maj, this is on the guitar though i havent figured the pattern cuz my speaker on my laptop arent that good, but I really like the way this chords harmonize with the piano :D but i still think im a little off on the chords all i have is my hearing sorry if it aint 100% : /

For all those who want sheet music for this it might be a little hard ^^' i have a feeling it's completely improv and a very beautiful one too. So for those who would like to figure this song out, it's the same four chord progressions over and over, and if i'm not mistaken they should be D major, A major, B minor, and G major.

For the beginners you can use C major, Gmajor, A minor, and F major seeing that there aren't any sharps. After that it's just improvization :)

uhmmmmmm not to be rude, but this is very simple. you used the chord pregression from the song "Clocks" by Coldplay and just added some rhythm to it.
