Unfortunally, the video begins not far enough. The first time I saw the isle, with the storm (who don't stop til you've revealed the Tower of Gods), this scared me.

You can get up to that house. You have tot Deku leaf and hookshot though. Took me forever but its cool up there. Try it, its easier than it looks.

why do you keep putting on your sail then off its like on and off on and off on and off

You go faster than if you just sailed normally. You get a speed boost whenever you put the sail on so continusously doing so makes you go faster.
