Thanks for the reply, what size battery did you use with the E-Flite 25? Did you need any lead in the nose? I was not impressed with my maiden and the plane has been in moth balls since so your video has inspired me to give it another go.
@noxqses74 Great to hear your going to get her back in the air Paul! My battery is a LiPo 4200mAh, 3 cell—11.1 Volt battery. It weighs 10.24 ounces & needs to be mounted as far forward as it can be (of course, check the CG once the battery is positioned). A couple things to add—I fly electrics and much lighter planes than this so (as my video demonstrates) I was not thinking in terms of a lot of runway. Give it 200 feet. At ¾ throttle, it grooves nicely in turns and is wonderfully stable. - Pat
@noxqses74 The CG is 4 and 1/8 to 4 and ¼ inches back of the leading edge of the wing wheel fairing. It is highly recommended to balance the plane upside down with the battery in place.
