  • It seems like most people who teach EFT and whatnot seem to address issues, rather than address the underpinnings of all of this.. and wouldn't that be the simple fact that people innately choose to dwell on issues (as a whole) isn't there some way through (whatever method would work best) that we can simply change our thought process so that we automatically dwell on the positive than the negative? it shouldn't be that hard given the person creating a technique for this understands the brain.

  • the root of any issue is the simple fact that were programmed (by virtue of the bodies need to protect oneself from harm) if this were not the case, then would fear, or re-occurring past memories even be an issue? so then why is everyone addressing issues? as appose to the root cause? There must be some way that we can change how our brain associates with what we consider negative, so that we don't associate negative thoughts with needing to "fix" or "Change" them.

  • hi !! i love your videos!! i want to know how do i tap for other people. lets say my daughter is away at school and she has a headache or so, how do eft on her? something like long distant reiki.

  • I think if you will associate to what she may be feeling or how you see her and tap on yourself on her behalf without attachments to the outcome then you will could create shifts unless her attachments to headaches are more powerful than you. They do have the right to keep their pain or fears but your persistence could override. Those headaches do have a positive intention behind it.

  • I have been using EFT for almost two years. I have had success with phobias (fear of heights, etc.) so I know it works. However, self-love and acceptance have been very difficult for me to attain. I have tapped every negative memory I can think of but I still do not love and accept myself.

  • What is it about yourself you can't love? What is it about yourself you will not forgive? Why or what did you do? What proof do you have that you shouldn't love yourself? Is it wrong to love yourself? Where is your proof? Who didn't love you? Answer those and then release the attachments.

  • Robert, this video helped me understand how people numb themselves into unfeeling. It is something I have been very good at doing myself, where I just express the emotion (ie anger) and the memory is absent, so now I can tap on the emotion or the physical pain. WOW!

  • I always think of how to do things differently when things happen again,so I can feel,and think diferently the next time and be more posative. (By using what I learned from "the secret", BUt when it comes to pre-existing memories,there is one I am having trouble getting over. I fell helpless because this happened 4yrs ago,and I feel liek I still deserve justice,but too much time has past to get justice from these people. I feel like they got away with it,because I didn't do anything.

  • I suggest releasing the feelings of helplessness, resentment, feelings that isn't fair, regret and guilt that you didn't do anything about it. Forgive yourself for wasting time and for not doing anything. Love yourself, be nice to yourself and move on.

    9.I dont have negative thinking anymore

    10.I stopped thinking about past and I aim to future

    Even though I am not as I dreamed yet, Ive done lots of advances.

    I have some problems with it, some emotions I cannot leave, but hope I will succeed

    I was writing with you muchtimes on Youtube and Id like to share with you my success with EFT. SO,

    1.I totally cleared my long standing 2 very hard depressions (so strong that I was thinking every day about committing suicide)

    2.My social phobia is muuuuch weaker, my communication with people is better.

    3.My self esteem is higher

    4.Sometimes I am very calm.

    5. I have left all limited thoughts that I had

    6.My shyness is much weaker

  • robert you say tap untill its gone,do i have to play the story of how the tinnitus started each time to release the tinnitus or do i realese the feelings i am feeling in response to what i am experianing ie the tinnitus being loader or more noticable,should i tap every time i am bothered by it or only when it is realy upsetting me? its so tireing trying to negate something that you cant turn off.i would be very intreasted to hear if anyone has managed to negate tinnitus,we love you. evlyn in uk

  • You do address the memory until it shifts and the feelings in response to the problem. Clear the past first then work on the current situations. You have to understand what you focus on get bigger.

  • hi again robert, in regard to what you say in your reply. you say to clear the past first by addressing the memorys and feelings untill it shifts, thats great, but as you say what you foucus on gets bigger, do i just go with it even though the tinnitus gets loader when i address the memorys and there for bothers me more?hope this makes sence, the thing is unlike other things i have shifted and let go easyly so to speak the tinnitus is still there in its form even when i let go ofthe memorys help

  • You can stop and address the tinnitus by saying or realizing that it is trying to protect you from the hurt attached to the memories but it doesn't realize you have new skills (tapping) to release the hurt within the memories. It is safe to let go of the ringing and to hear something else better. I suggest sending love to the sourse of the tinnitus by using a memory which you felt love and maybe finding the little person (YOU) to send it to in your past which may represent the hurt or fear.

  • If the tinnitus gets louder when you are addressing the memories which means it is more emotionally driven than a physical problem. That is a good sign because it will shift. The tinnitus is there to keep you in check with its old belief system and it gets louder because you are addressing the old belief system.

  • thanks robert..please post something on self sabotage behavior.when it is deep deep rooted.when you know something will hurt you but you do it anyway .and after that guilt factor arrises.how long we had to tap on that?

  • How long will you give a small child to learn to walk? However long it takes! Tap until it is completely released or until you pass out! Don't stop until it is gone. It may take one round or a life time but you must stay with it. Release the feelings that it will talk a long time. Love yourself enough to heal all your inner parts and love each growth process because you are totally worth every bit. P E A C E
