  • Thank you Mr Armstrong. Along with your fellow Astronauts

  • - choices in his life and was given incredible opportunities to which he risked his life to undertake, and complete with a brilliant and inspiring attitude. Perfect example of a TRUE hero.

  • People who use Neil Armstrong's good way against him really should be hit square in the mouth. I look up to these 3 men, especially Neil. He is not there for fame and glory, or to give the blood sucking media something to use for "good" or bad. Speaking infront of large audiences clearly scares him very much, which makes him more human than ANY politician, entertainer or any other media whore. He is just an extremely well educated and talented individual who worked hard and made the right choic

  • Fine men, simply fine men. The best.

  • The man is a hero...he had the balls that no man could have ever had at that time...

  • do you remember seeing any stars Neil ?

  • To be in the same city as Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins would be a huge, huge honor for anyone, let alone being in the same room with them.

  • @iXelsior I totally totally agree!

  • Neil is the best.

  • so can anyone sum this speech up for me real quick lol, shit neil

  • they had a wonderful adventure. now it's my turn...

  • @onewolfseye I know right!

  • Por favor... alguém poderia traduzir (cc) este memorável evento.

  • now is the time to reveleated the moon mistery please tell us about the discovered on the moon

    bye

  • such a great man!

  • I am sure they all went to moon ... he even congratulates the team that devised the "man in a can" situation of the craft to a more controllable craft for pilots to control.

  • Awesome Individual

  • Comment removed

  • they never went to the moon, they went to pluto, its all part of obama's one world government with wmds. And somehow 9/11 is related to all of this..........................

  • La grande mensonge du monde !!! l'homme a descendu sur la lune ! quelle blague !

  • I hope Armstrong doesn't take his secret to his grave. Tell us what you really saw, Neil on the moon?

  • @maxiboy666 How could he, has has children.

  • @maxiboy666 fucking idiot, he saw the earth, rocks and dust. what else do you think he saw? transformers?

  • @GmrWeb Oh dear, you really do have a low intellect don't you?

  • @maxiboy666 He saw cheese and a discarded PS3, which is amazing as those hadn't been invented yet. Weird, I know.

  • @maxiboy666 He and Aldrin did give a rather lengthy debriefing, which you can read. They also gave extensive comments to the Apollo Lunar Surface Journal. And Armstrong took hundreds of pictures in just two hours. The other 10 guys who walked on the moon for considerably longer periods did the same. Don't tell me you've never seen any of this work? You've had 40+ years to read it.

  • @ApolloWasReal

I have extensively read and researched the moon landings since the 1970's and always regarded the moon landings as mans' best achievement to date. The Space Shuttle era was a terrible disappointment in comparison.

But my key issue is that I believe NASA (who is the US government) are covering up certain remarkable aspects of the moon landings. I have no doubt that the Apollo 11 mission in particular was accompanied!

Check out the following Youtube video: 4 Hour Witness DVD

  • @maxiboy666 Accompanied? By who? They took zillions (well, a lot) of photographs and in them I certainly see no signs of anything but a vast, inert wasteland around them.

  • @ApolloWasReal Just watch the witness video I mentioned.

All these high ranking individuals cannot have no integrity. If you believe that NASA (your government) is being totally upfront with all the facts then I'm afraid you are a little naive.

  • @maxiboy666 There's no way I'm going to watch 4 hours of video claiming there are UFO bases on the moon.

  • @ApolloWasReal Oh, of course the moon landings happened and the conspiracy theorists are idiots, I agree. But I am 100% sure that the Apollo astronauts were being observed upon the lunar surface by Extra Terrestrials who do have bases on the far side of the lunar surface (confirmed by NASA photographic evidence before the lunar landing). ET also has bases here on earth beneath the ocean and surface.

There is a lot of evidence and witness reports out there - just dig for it and you will find it.

  • @maxiboy666 Plenty of spacecraft have mapped both sides of the moon, and not all of them are American. Not one has shown any artificial structures other than the landing sites of human-constructed spacecraft.

  • @ApolloWasReal They are "air brushed" out before they are released to the general public and scientists who do not have top clearance.

  • @maxiboy666 I see. That includes every single photo from every European, Japanese, Indian, Russian and Chinese lunar orbiter -- not just the American?

Or is it that the complete lack of evidence for UFO bases on the moon merely proves the depth of the conspiracy to cover it all up? Just like the complete lack of evidence for the Apollo "hoax" provides the depths of *that* conspiracy?

  • I was a very young boy when he first walked on the moon. I was annoyed that the moon mission had replaced my Saturday morning cartoons. If only I had realised the importance of what they were doing, I would've taken more notice.

That mission in 1969 was, I believe, the first step in humans leaving planet Earth and eventually populating the universe.

  • When he climbed up to the podium he should have looked back behind him and said, "That was one big step."

  • what a LOL he knows the truth but cannot say it because of his stupid masonic oath.

  • neil armstrong is my hero and my rolemodel i want to be the first to step on mars some day a big dream of mine

or at least go into space

  • @liamthespaceman unfortunately you can't because i will be the first man on mars... x)

  • neil armstrong is my hero and my rolemodel i want to be the first to step on mars some day a big dream of mine

  • this man is a world hero

  • For those of you who think this was a hoax , DO NOT DISRESPECT NEIL ARMSTRONG! HE WENT TO THE MOON, AND IF YOU DOUBT IT, SHAME ON YOU!

  • Did they went to the moon or not? If yes or no its not important anymore, its time to think about humanity first, whats the point try to go to the space if we cant give security, food and happiness to the people that need it. There are so many important thing to worry about today and real important thing, no moon moon moon, bla bla bla....fix this planet and later look for problems in another, if we are so cleaver to send a men to the moon why we never think about help people.

  • a f**''in ICON

  • @onewolfseye Of course they did. And to suggest otherwise shows an ignorance of history, basic science, and insults the work of the hundreds of thousands of people who worked and gave their lives for exploration. Conspiracy theories are sometimes fun. But to question the integrity of these American heroes is simply sad.

  • @tvspace You really think that they did go to the moon? What about the overwhelming amount of evidence that proves otherwise? Mr. Armstrong needs to come clean and admit that it was a hoax all along.

  • Comment removed

  • @tvspace Well said

  • @tvspace I think you're right, Americans did land on the moon. I am not suprised by some people comments, even Neil Armstrong him self said that government is lieing about life in space and many other things and he tryed to get access to some informations about it and was denied. If guy like this doesnt trust his government why should we trust them.

  • @tvspace

    Damn right you are!

  • @timpovikings You're a brainwashed tool

  • Poor men, whose life is based on a lie, no lie that their lives would collapse. They will try to support those lies until the end of his days. It is full of tests that are evidence of this fraud.

  • Neil lives in a small town in Ohio, with his wife, under an asumed name, where his neighbours ensure his privacy by disuading curious sightseers from even knowing where he lives. The man took advice from, no less than Charles Lindberg, as to how to handle the publicity after Apollo 11's return. Lindberg advised him of the pitfalls of fame and Neil took the view that it would be better to live a secluded life. Only on rare occassions does he come out of seclusion.

  • Incredible man.

He chose to keep the magic and intrigue to himself. A wholly unique experience that can only ever be his, despite our vicarious fascination.

His reclusive years are no measure of any implied guilt. It is merely how he chose to live his life in the shadow of a feat that can never be betterd and certainly never understood.

Hoaxers would rather turn the fantastic reality into sinister mythology. No surpise then, that conspiracy theory only has life while it is unproven.

  • Comment removed

  • Glad to see these three men still going strong at the time of vid. Brave to fly and chance death, like someone already said.

But I would be scared to lie and say i had gone somewhere and accomplished a certain feat, if I had never done anything like it. interesting that Neil said, "Soldiers can be ordered to go and do".

Hopefully one day one of these men will tell the complete story of the apollo missions.

  • this guy . sounds so scred while saying something on the mic ... 11 he like keep looking backwords

  • Wow - just wow - that gave me chills. He's still the leader of his crew, and by God the world will be a sad place when we lose these three - these were men, men raised before the age of narcissism and self-indulgence and "if you feel good, you are good" BS. These were MEN - we will not see their like again soon.

  • I might be wrong but from Neil Armstrong's statement it seems Apollo 11 did not make it to the moon. When you put all his interview's together it seems he is owning up to the future generations, that there is some fact that has not yet emerged. Maybe the rest of the missions succeeded in landing on the moon, but there is something about Apollo 11 mission that cannot be explained by Neil's humility alone. He IS an honest man, though. Also responsible.

  • only an american would beleive such tripe

  • An Oscar and or an Academy Award would be more suitable...

  • What a remarkable man!

  • its actualy funny how Neal took all the credit just steping first on the moon but nobody care about Buzz Aldrin for beenig secound

  • Mr Armstrong deserves a medal for his humbleness.... people of greatness are mostly humble Hope You live past a hundred mr Armstrong, when time will come as for all mortals to take that final big leap, i hope that I will have just the honor to pay my respects to you as all true americans should.

  • Neil might be the greatest living American. It's going to be a sad day, whenever he dies. The funeral will be televised, and he will be treated like a president. He probably could have BEEN president, if he had wanted to; that's how popular he is. I believe in a lot of conspiracies, however I don't believe that the moon landing was one of them. I absolutely think it was the real deal, and Neil, as well as Buzz and Michael, are absolute heroes.

  • @LongLiveOx My hat to you

  • @LongLiveOx what is said is that there are so many ignorant people that in this day and age love to believe it was a fake without understanding proof of what they are saying..

  • A great man. Three great men. He even has to address those behind him.

NASA launched 13 Saturn Vs weighing up to 3000 tons, into low orbit with no losses. To suggest they had to fake landing around 14 tons in one sixth G because it was too dificult, is an insult to western education and the dedication of men like these.

Armstrong just wanted to fly. Fame and celebrity were his to control entirely and however what he experienceed affected him, it is his unique secret.

    What a hero.

  • Generation looking up to these guys > generation looking up to justin beiber. We are doomed.

  • @brusterj881 At this time was the beatles, elvis, and other pop stars as well.

  • @brusterj881

I couldn't agree more! These astronauts are not media whores, as are many of todays talentless wannabes. What many people do not understand, these men were not raised to beat their chest, or do the funk dance or pat themselves on the back for their achievements. They are not like todays pop stars. They are modest, humble & focused on the task at hand.

  • @brusterj881 Hey i am 21 years old i was not even close to be born when man landed on the moon and i look up at these guys. There is still hope!

  • That's the real Buzz lightyear.

  • The Dream Team.

  • America set out to do what should have been impossible but with her grit, tenacity, and 3 stellar professionals: Neil, Mike and Buzz, in addition to the entire Apollo team, she accomplished the impossible. At almost 50 years of age, at times, I still lie awake at night filled with the same amount of awe and pride as did I have in 1969.

  • Collins was the Joker, Armstrong the nerd and Aldrin the hard ass, what a great team!!!! cheers boys, your not just American Heroes but International Heroes

  • Humility is the mark of a great man.

  • I love these guys.

  • Neil, Buzz and Mike, you guys still inspire us all.

Your heroism and pioneering voyage to the Moon will reverberate through the history of our species; forever. You have made your mark on History and you have done us all proud :)

  • Wow...what a great man and the greatest post ever! Thanks!

Your name wouldn't be Rick from Lebanon would it?

  • Regardless if the landings were real or not, and who really gives a shit anymore. That fact that Hoaxtards would threaten an 80 year old man, shows what kind of weak small minded little shrimps they are.If you gotta' problem with NASA FINE.But verbally attacking the pilots of Apollo is like attacking our Iraq veterans cuz you disagree with the Iraqi Wars. You probably out at a funeral for a Vet' protesting the War as I type. You hoaxsters livin' in Mom's basement are pathetic.

  • Not a single vid here about mens greatest achievement without that bullshit from the HB/CT party. Thats really a shame.

HB`s have in common that they are too uneducated and too dumb to contribute something to a program like the Apollo program even when they had a similar opportunity.

  • @addicted2music21

I guess your theory can't be ruled out but the footage they showed the people was obviously faked. If it turns out that there were no classified missions, it'll probably be because of space radiation. Check out the stuff in the link I posted.

  • @Cosmored Already did. ;)

  • @Cosmored .... feel sorry for these nervous wrecks, they have been manchurianed and forced to lie for all these years .... give them a polygraph, it would be interesting to see the results
