WOW! In all my 20 years of martial arts I have never seen a woman take hard and difficult falls as this Uke! As I have always said, "anyone can learn how to fall and not get hurt." Thanks for the great clip!
By the way, since you mentioned that you've never seen women take "hard and difficult falls", I suggest for you to run a search for Framingham Aikikai. They posted videos from last January's seminar (taught by three female instructors), which I also attended. Barbara Britton (one of the instructors) has amazing ukemi. In fact, most everyone in that dojo has great ukemi - both men and women.

Thanks...though I've worked with a number of women whose ukemi is better than mine. There are plenty of women who are able to take breakfalls. :-)
