Skip Medellin, head to Cali or Barranquilla! Girls are not that good looking in Medellin, and its becoming over-run with "shirts" ( lingo for gringo). The hot ones have been cherry picked when they were young. The girls in this vid are decent, but not representative of what you see on a daily basis there.
