The wiring must be such that the engine is not allowed to be running with any screen showing. This means that even a computer screen is dangerous in the front seat. I have asked passengers to turn computers off in the front seat as you tend to look at the screen while you're driving which means you are taking your eyes off the road. VERY DANGEROUS.
so i see you have the kenwood dnx series double din , so is the mirror hooked up to the stereo,or is the ?? well what im asking is how did you get the same dvd to play on both screens??
@praisehim805 the kenwood has a video out and the mirror is hooked up to that... the mirror also has a reverse trigger, which automatically switches to that source when you shift in reverse.
Hello...I'm thinking about getting the Power Acoustik PTM-600 mirror installed, it looks just like the one in your vid...what brand is yours...the PTM-600 clips on to the existing mirror, is that the same on yours...if it does clip, hows the bass react to it, does it rattle around?...let me know..many thxx
