This is what I think: Ci has a pretty, light, and airy tone. But it's limited in range and therefore, she should keep the melisma down to a mininum. beyonce has a voice more powerful (like alicia keys ect ...)and ciara has a softer voice (like Aaliyah ,Tamia ect..)they have got not the same tone of voice, so stop saying stupid things !!

Vocally Ciara has grown so much, plus its really not easy to sing and dance at the same time and sound ur best, try it! And I also think Ciara gets nervous, anyways she's the best dancer and performer her singing voice is very sweet and i love it!

@ciarafan4eternity i personally dont think singing and dancing is her problem she has danced and sung at the same time and sounded nice..or hell beyonce does it all the time..Ciaras problem lies between she wasnt trained from a early age like most singers are..She is getting trained now..but if she would have had it in her youth..her vocals would be a total different story

I think their are different degrees to vocal talent. I think she can sing some and she is talented obviously, but I dont think she is a great singer, but she is good at what she does, like Janet, who has a better voice than her, but is not the greatest singer, and I love Janet Jackson voice, which is a good voice.

@coldrae You can't teach anyone a thing or "two" with those death squeals/mating calls you call vocals. If you had any idea about what you were talking about, you would know Ciara didn't start getting vocal lessons until 2005. It takes more than 5 years to fully master vocal techniques.
Lastly, you will NOT insult The Queen on THIS YouTube channel. Please look up and see what happened to those who did. Ciara will continue to effortlessly slay her beautiful ballads and you will deal.

I noticed that even on some of the battle videos with Aaliyah you get offended whenever someone picks the other over Aaliyah and the person is not even being harsh towards Aaliyah.
