I personally, as a Terran player, set my CC to 2 at the start and eventually my scouting SCV to 1. Eventually though, I'll replace both with fighting units I have to keep track of in a battle. Then I'll keep the screen hotkey on my original CC and set new ones on my expansions, leaving any hotkeys after 4 to buildings I use frequently. But that's just my habit, personally :P

Shift and F2/F3/F4 at the place you want to hotkey. You use it the same way you hotkey units, but you can only save three spots. I use one for my starting CC, one for my Facts/Barracks/Gateway and one for my natural if I fast expand.

Sure no problem. The screen hotkey saves a place on the map, for example your starting Town Hall. You save the spot by moving the screen to the place you want to save and press Shift-F2/F3/F4. Later when you want to quickly go back to your Town Hall to build macro, you just press the F2/F3/F4 to jump the screen back to your Town Hall. All the keys, F2/F3/F4 initially start at your Town Hall. So if you dont get exactly what they do just start a game, move somewhere and press F4. Hope it helps.

that was pretty sweet, boxer made quite a comeback after managing to take rumble's expo for the first one. the second one was just pure mm madness, i woulda thought (and rumble did too probably) that those 3 sunkens + lings woulda helped against any early attack.
