If you have a Windows computer, you have Windows Movie Maker. Take your camera and put the video on the computer or save your downloads. Then go to "import video" and select the video and drag it into the time line. Then select "add titles or credits" and then select "title on selected clip", after that type in what you want to say. Then drag the text where you want it over the video. Be sure the text is on the bottom layer in the time line mode. Hope this helps.
