In my opinion of this song:

He goes to the local store, and sees the 'Hatsune Miku Vocaloid2 program' and decides to buy it, and therefore, he installs Miku on his computer. Because there are no files stored onto the computer, she is an empty program.

He has a hard time trying to tune her voice, and gets frustrated.

It's actually "Vocaloid." "Bokaroido" is the romaji for "Vocaloid," because they don't have the "v" or stand-alone "d" sounds there. So, the "Vocaloid in Love" title is accurate.

Wow, just... WOW. I love how some songs made with Vocaloid2 leverage the synth aspect of the software by emphasizing the character(s) are computer programs or robotic, while others seem to masterfully downplay that aspect and make decent simulation of real singing. Outstanding song and video. So much creativity and inspiration out of a synth voice and a anime character. I love what this is doing for artists.
